My PlanWell was founded in Melbourne with a mission to help NDIS participants navigate the NDIS with confidence. Our founder, who has extensive experience in finance and community development, saw firsthand the challenges that people with disabilities and their families faced when accessing NDIS supports and services. What began as volunteering to assist friends and family grew into a commitment to providing professional NDIS Plan Management and Support Coordination services. Today, as a Registered NDIS Provider, My PlanWell supports participants across Australia in making the most of their NDIS plans and achieving their goals.

What we do - Simplifying your NDIS journey
At My Planwell, we are a Registered NDIS Plan Manager dedicated to helping NDIS participants manage their funding with ease. Our NDIS Plan Management services are fully funded by the NDIS, with no out-of-pocket costs for participants.

Once your supports are in place, My Planwell manages the financial administration of your NDIS plan, including invoice processing and provider payments. We help you access both NDIS-registered and unregistered providers while ensuring your funding is used effectively.
