NDIS Pricing Arrangements and Price limits

The NDIS Pricing Arrangements and Price Limits, previously called the NDIS Price Guide, outline how the cost of disability supports and services is managed under the NDIS.
These pricing guidelines help ensure participants receive value for money while giving providers a fair structure to deliver services effectively

These measures ensures that participants receive value for money in the supports and services they receive.

The Support Catalogue works alongside these arrangements. It lists all approved supports and includes information about price limits, claim types, and applicable charges such as travel or non-face-to-face services. These price limits act as the maximum amount registered providers can charge for certain supports. However, participants and providers are encouraged to negotiate lower prices when suitable.

These pricing rules apply to services provided to both NDIA-managed and plan-managed participants. Understanding these limits helps participants manage their NDIS funding responsibly and avoid unexpected costs.
