My Planwell is great to deal with. I have called them number of times. Firstly to set up my account and understand how to use my child’s funds and the other time to ask questions relating to finding providers and invoicing. Invoicing is easy and payment is prompt. I highly recommend My Planwell.

I switched over to My Planwell from another plan manager as I had issues with invoices being paid, my OT had recommended that I try My planwell. The transition was easy and all outstanding invoices were paid promptly. The service from a small provider is so much better than a larger provider, I highly recommend switching to My Planwell if you’re unhappy with your current plan manager.

NDIS Management has made dealing with ndis financials much easier. They take all the worry of the payment of invoices. Invoices are paid in a timely manner. If I pay direct, reimbursement to me is prompt. The staff are great and are always lovely to speak with. They listen and help with any queries and go the xtra mile. I highly recommend them for anyone looking for a plan manager.
